Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide.
We send out notifications on your delivery status, and on the day of delivery, so please be sure that someone is home or specify a safe place for the delivery to be left.
Do you deliver orders on a certain day?
We deliver within 3 – 5 working days.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fee is at a flat rate of R140.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No, we do not have a minimum order for delivery
Can you hold my order or can my order be delivered on a day of my choosing?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders to be delivered on a specified date. All orders are delivered within 3 – 5 working days
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards, Snap scan, instant EFT and direct deposit – whichever is easiest for you. We’re proud to partner with PayFast, SA’s leading online payment gateway, ensuring a secure, easy payment process.
I have emailed you and you have yet to respond.
We receive high volumes of emails on a daily basis – and we endeavour to respond to these as soon as possible. Please be aware that our contact hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.
My plant does not look exactly like the plant pictured.
Unless otherwise stated, all plants shown are an indication of the size and quality of plants that you can expect to receive. Due to the natural variability of plants they will never be identical. And remember, these plants are bred to thrive and will become more lush and
beautiful over time given the proper care. Please see our Plant Care section for more information on how to best care for your new plant.
The sizes we provide on the website may vary slightly. So can leaf colour, leaf size, width and density of foliage.
Can I return my plants?
It is our mission to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase at JFF Rooftop Farm and it is our sincere hope that our customers will utilize good judgment and a spirit of fairness before requesting to return plants purchases.
We guarantee only to deliver first rate plants and will inspect everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure its in excellent condition. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn’t get damaged on its way.
We are unable to accept returns on Plants, due to the nature of the product. If you are unhappy with your plant, you are required to bring the item back to JFF Rooftop Farm within 24 hours from the original date of purchase or time of delivery, provided the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate, no root disturbance or there aren’t any cutting of the plant after receipt and we’ll gladly give you a replacement plant.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a replacement.
Can l return pots, tools and supplies?
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all other merchandise. In order to return any product, the following rules apply:
Proof of purchase from JFF Rooftop Farm must be presented.
The product/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased on the shop floor (please note that initial purchase is an acceptance of quality, unless the product is defective).
Product must be in a re-sell-able condition and packaging must be in a reasonable condition.
Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be handled at the discretion of the JFF Rooftop Farm management team.
Please note: the following products are non-returnable unless defective; annuals, sale products, holiday and seasonal merchandise and non-reusable items such as light bulbs, pesticides or fertilizers as well as any special orders.
The above returns requirements are mandatory for all returns made to JFF Rooftop Farm.

Can I choose my own Plants?
You are welcome to select your own plants from our wide selection in our physical store at 70 Juta Street Braamfontein Johannesburg.
We are happy to assist in loading purchases into vehicles. It is important that customers review their invoices or make sure that they have received all items purchased. In addition, customers should inspect the manner in which the items are loaded before leaving the nursery. JFF Rooftop Farm will not be responsible for damaged or broken items once the customer has left the nursery.
Can I send a message with my order as a gift?
We are happy to include a personalised message to your recipient on your behalf. Please add the message to the “Order Notes” section during Checkout.
Can I request deliveries to several different addresses?
You will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
